Skip was great to work with. Did not push a single product on me. He gave me the information about the vehicles and let me make my own decisions. Was very respectful. I went on my own and normally I have my partner there with me to help. Great experience!

Got a loaner car & because I was out of town for the weekend, they delivered my car back to my house & took the loaner car back to the dealership!!! That was a huge help! As I was in the market for a newer car (desperately!) One of my appointments to test drive and browse was Lynnfield Mercedes. I can not stress enough how great of an experience it was! From start to finish Craig was beyond amazing, accommodating and professional. I have never felt so valued as a client and even weeks later with any questions I have he is still taking the time to answer and help me understand some things I am getting used to. My pricey new Mercedes battery was only 8 months old yet kept dying repeatedly. Fortunately Nathan was still in the office at Flagship Motors late on a Friday afternoon, and quickly sent a service rep with a new battery replacement under warranty. The extremely courteous and professional service technician arrived promptly, performed a comprehensive check of my battery and determined that it was terminally defective. He replaced it with a new battery, which he also checked before departing. This is the kind of service that makes owning a Mercedes worthwhile. Thank you, Nathan! Warren Russo
I had a great experience with Skip Peterson , Darnellle and Will. I was very happy. I went in wanting a certain color and left with a different color SUV my family and I love it. I had a dream team make it happen for me. Skip, is great at finding what you truly want. Darnell and Will were great, both great to work with sweet and funny.
