Based on reviews at this site, we called last year to replace one of two broken springs on the garage door. Stephen came, took both springs off and replace them with just one spring. The way the track bar bent when trying to open the door... obviously the spring wasn’t heavy enough. He that there was no need. Two days later, I called cause it just wasn’t right. So he came back with a heavier spring. I kept telling him to put two springs, like before. But he kept saying that two was overkill. He replaced the one with (he said) a stronger spring and left, telling me that we have a year parts and labor. 10 months later (two days ago) my wife was shutting the door and heard a load metal crunch sound. The frame, where the track arm hooks to the garage was buckling. Evidently, the spring slipped and now the door was too heavy. Called and was told a person would be out today. When ask about when, he said the best he could do was a call an hour before getting here. Been here ALL DAY!! No Rick, no call, no nothing. I tried to call, a couple times and it went to voice mail. The last time, a message saying his voice box was full. Would I recommend them?? Going to call someone else tomorrow. As for the positive review...... now, wonder why there are no negative reviews.
Fixed my garage the same day I called ,at like 6 pm. I had an issue where the door wouldn't shut all the way. Again , came back the same day and fixed problem within minutes! At 8 pm!Highly recommend! Robert Williamson was awesome! Will definitely use this company again,if the need arises! I called three different places, and they were the only ones to answer phone. Representative said Robert would call me back within 30 minutes, and he did! Great communication and fast results!
They fixed my garage in same day less than 2hr and even reinforced garage door opener to get less stress as possible. Highly recommend and very satisfied with work they did!!
